Fritsch Rollfix 700 – The high-performance dough sheeter

When maximum performance is required in continuous operation, the FRITSCH ROLLFIX 700 dough sheeter is the perfect choice. Compared to its smaller counterparts, this flagship model stands out in terms of internal features. The larger roller gap (up to 50 mm) enables processing of significantly larger dough batches. A double spindle on the feed roller delivers even more power and, together with adjustable feed speeds, allows greater reduction ratios during sheeting. In addition, the ROLLFIX 700 as standard is equipped for thin dough production.

The drive system of the ROLLFIX 700 is also designed for the highest demands. Its all-stainless steel construction not only increases durability – and thus service life – but also ensures improved hygiene and easier cleaning.

Based on an intuitive new operator interface with simple navigation, 18 standard rolling programs are pre-installed for all dough types. Up to 100 product memory slots (expandable) are available and managed via a 10-inch touchscreen. All rolling machine program settings can be easily saved via USB stick.
