ClipEx for sheep casings and pork intestines: The device can weld a string of sausages at the twisting point, resulting in two sealed ends. This is particularly relevant for operations using the new welded long natural casings. In these cases, the filled sausage chains need to be separated into stick lengths.

The new control system for the ClipEx CXC casing sealing pliers features an alphanumeric display. Users can now preset the welding time and working temperature individually for each casing. The new control system also allows individual parameters to be saved as a welding program under a product name. The mobile device can be used on the filling table with a table bracket or mobile at overhead rail systems. For operation on overhead rail systems, a floor guide rail for horizontal movement has also been designed. When used on rail systems, the empty portion of the casing can be eliminated. The device is also optionally available with foot control. A foot switch made entirely of stainless steel ensures the operator has both hands free.

This solution eliminates the high costs associated with clips. The laborious removal of clips and the risk of forgotten clips are no longer an issue.
