Franke Profi 3000

We are selling a used Franke drum washing system for cleaning bulk materials, primarily lathe and milled parts.

Machine features:
- Tanks made entirely from stainless steel
- 600-liter wash tank with 18 kW heater
- 600-liter rinse tank with 18 kW heater
- Both tanks insulated
- Weekly timer for heater operation
- Wash drum can be controlled via rotary switch: 360° rotation or standstill during washing and rinsing
- Includes rotation speed sensor
- Exhaust fan with 900 m³/h airflow
- Oil separator with large disc skimmer, collecting tray, and ball valve
- Automatic water dosing / Geka coupling at the rear
- 2 washing baskets (530 x 300 x 200 mm) with tensioned lids, mesh size 6x6 mm, max. 50 kg load per basket
- Pneumatic door opening and switching from wash to rinse
- Support frame for basket positioning, mountable with 4 M12 bolts
- Drain valves for wash and rinse tanks, plus two large maintenance hatches
- Excellent accessibility: 2 front folding doors, remaining side panels removable via quick-release fasteners
- Rexroth pneumatic components
- Grundfos stator pump in both wash and rinse tanks
