Mount for a carried forklift at the rear, including 2 fork pockets, 2 extendable support tubes, and a mount for chain securing with a locking pin. Underrun protection with light unit that can be folded away.
The forklift mount shifts the axles to the rear; please consider load distribution when driving without a forklift. Customer risk!
Note! Forklift mount! Carrying a forklift can significantly reduce the vertical load. Counterweight at the front is required! On wet and slippery roads, additional ballast weight or a load at the front of the trailer, weighing at least 2 tons, is necessary; the speed should then be reduced, and the driving style adapted to the road and driving conditions.
The forklift must always be secured with chains during transport. The distance between the lift mast and the trailer body should be a maximum of 45 mm, or the vertical forklift tines must rest against the forklift pockets at the end.
We assume that the towing vehicle does not have a steering or lift axle, or that the steering axle is always locked or the lift axle is always on the ground.
