Flexitechs

We now offer a flexible, reliable, and cost-effective packing line based on three interconnected belt conveyors. The belt conveyors each have a generous width of 800 mm and are equipped with motors capable of handling parcels weighing up to 50 kg. The total maximum load per belt conveyor is 150 kg of simultaneous weight.

This packing line is ideal, for example, for the transport of packages/goods from manual packing stations to loading areas, or as part of a simple assembly line in manual production.

The total length of the packing line is approximately 17 metres, divided into the following three modules:
- 2 belt conveyors with a length of 7,950 mm each
- 1 belt conveyor with a length of 1,080 mm

The packing line is equipped with three emergency stop buttons and a straightforward control cabinet, allowing for easy adjustment of belt speed via a simple regulator. The shorter belt conveyor is equipped with a gas spring, enabling it to function as a stop; when the belt is raised, the other conveyors halt.

Conveyors are also available for separate purchase.
