FJELLMAN 700T

Used press for composites, previously operated in Belgium. The press underwent a comprehensive overhaul in July 2015; the original manufacturing year of the unit is 1990, but the modernization was extensive. The press saw very little use and was operated at a research institute.

Due to the disconnection of electrical power, I have been unable to check the operating hours, but the machine appears as new, with no signs of wear on working components.

Currently located in Poland, 63-300 Pleszew, Poland.

This press was used in the development of the renowned carbon spaceframe for the AUDI R8 and was operated in a research and development institute near Brussels. The equipment was occasionally also used for commercial production runs. The press is in virtually as-new condition. Full overhaul and technical documentation is available.

The machine was disassembled by myself. The sale price includes free reassembly at the customer’s location; I will restore the machine to its operational state as before dismantling.

Buyer is responsible for providing a large forklift truck (approx. 44T capacity), compressed air, and accommodation for 3 people for 14 days. I will provide and cover the costs of an assembly team to re-install the machine on-site anywhere in Europe.

It is very likely that the machine will need to be configured for operation at the new owner’s facilities; this service can be performed at an additional charge by the Dutch company that carried out the 2015 overhaul. The estimated cost of this operation depends on the buyer’s requirements.

Transport costs will be highly competitive, as I work with a partner logistics company that offers me excellent shipping terms. Total weight of the equipment: approx. 50T.
