Suitable for urea or PVAC-based glues

This machine enables crosswise splicing of veneer sheets using glue (PVAC or urea). Veneer sheets must be pre-glued. The machine ensures excellent joints for any type of veneer. The splicing is carried out by a system of hydraulic cylinders with horizontal pressure, enabling gap-free joining of veneer sheets along the entire length. The machine’s heavy-duty and robust construction guarantees long service life and reliable operation. The operation is simple and intuitive thanks to a clearly arranged control panel. Separate pressure gauges provide the operator with direct access to the pressure settings for the heating plates, horizontal pressing system, etc., enabling short changeover times. The upper crossbeam of the machine can be raised for quick and easy access to the heating plates for cleaning and maintenance.
