Vacuum Lifter VH 8-1000
For horizontal transport of smooth, dry, and airtight panels.
Robust load-bearing construction made of steel, painted in RAL 2000 with low dead weight.

Comprises:
- 1x Galvanized main beam, length 2,400 mm
- 4x Galvanized cross beams, each 1,000 mm long
- 8x Spring-loaded, articulated, and adjustable suction pad holders
- 8x Suction pads, Ø 280 mm; the seal can be replaced separately from the metal carrier in case of wear, cost-effectively and without tools
- 8x Ball valves for shutting off individual suction pads, allowing smaller formats to be handled without needing to move suction pads or beams
- 1x Spiral connection cable, small coil:
* with a pull-out length of 3,500 mm, designed as an extension cable with CEE plug and coupling
* guided alongside the load chain to the lifting device

- Low-maintenance, high-quality, oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump with a suction capacity of 21 m³/h and a final vacuum of 98% (20 mbar)
- Electrical connection:
3-phase 230/400 V + PE, 50 Hz, with cable (approx. 0.5 m long) and CEE plug (16 A). With isolation transformer integrated into the control system (necessary when connecting the vacuum lifter via the trolley of the crane and no neutral conductor is available)
- Extendable operator handle to 1,000 mm from beam center
- Robust sheet metal holder for your crane control included at no extra charge
- Operation “Suction / Release” via manual slide valve:
The wear-free and very robust manual slide valve ensures safe suction and release after pressing the release button. (Double release according to EN 13155)
- Control and safety equipment for vacuum lifter:
* Sturdy control box
* Contactor circuit for the vacuum pump
* Safety warning device with acoustic signal
* Vacuum gauge with danger zone display
* Large vacuum accumulator tank with safety check valve
* Double actuation for releasing the load

Warranty against material and manufacturing defects: one year for single-shift operation (excluding wear parts). Initial inspection according to UVV 18, VBG 9a, with CE Declaration of Conformity as per EN 13155
