Vacuum Lifter VH 6-250
For horizontal transport of smooth, dry, and airtight panels.
Robust load-bearing frame made of steel, painted in RAL 2000, with low self-weight.

Consisting of:
- 1x Galvanized longitudinal beam, 2,400 mm long
- 3x Galvanized cross beams, each 1,000 mm long
- 6x Spring-mounted, articulated, and adjustable suction cup holders
- 6x Suction pads Ø 215 mm; in case of wear, the seal can be replaced separately from the metal carrier easily and cost-effectively without tools
- 6x Ball valves to deactivate individual suction pads, allowing smaller formats to be lifted without needing to move suction pads or beams.
- 1x Small spiral connection cable:
* Extendable up to 3,500 mm, designed as an extension cable with CEE plug and coupling.
* Routed alongside the load chain to the lifting device.

- Low-maintenance, high-quality, dry-running rotary vane vacuum pump with a suction capacity of 8 m³/h and a final vacuum of 85% (150 mbar)
- Electrical connection:
3-phase 230/400 V + PE, 50 Hz, with cable (approx. 0.5 m long) and CEE plug (16 A). With isolation transformer integrated in the control panel (required if the vacuum lifter is connected via the crane carriage and there is no neutral conductor available).
- Extendable operating handle up to 1,000 mm from the center of the beam.

- Operation "Suction / Release" via hand-operated slide valve:
The wear-free and robust hand-operated slide valve ensures safe suction and release after activating the unlocking button (double release in compliance with EN 13155)
- Control and safety devices for vacuum lifter:

* Safety warning device with audible signal
* Vacuum gauge with danger zone indicator
* Large vacuum reservoir with safety check valve
