Fill 3D-ULTRASONIC CUTTER
The Fill 3D Ultrasonic Cutter enables three-dimensional contour trimming of fiber-reinforced plastics using ultrasonic-actuated cutting systems.

The principle:
The linear axis gantry ensures precise guidance of the ultrasonic knife with minimal spatial requirements and simple kinematics. The Siemens CNC control system 840 D allows the cutting device to be programmed like a machine tool. Tool corrections or path adjustments can be made easily and directly on the machine.
As standard, the machine is equipped with a 20 kHz ultrasonic cutting unit. Alternative systems can also be installed. The knife is equipped with a separate rotary axis to allow tight radius cuts and reduce the need for additional axis movements (5 + 1 axes).
