The boiler is in excellent condition as shown in the pictures. Barely used, the boiler body is insulated with fireclay bricks. The equipment became available due to the shutdown of the manufacturing plant.
It is not in use, but cold testing has been performed.
No possibility to test under operating conditions.

The boiler operates automatically. The fuel is fed into the combustion chamber by an auger. The combustion chamber utilizes an underfeed system with inclined (but non-moving) grates, employing both primary and secondary air. In the “afterburner” section of the boiler, the flue gas mixes with fresh air. The fresh air enters on the left side of the boiler. The flow rate – and thus the drying air temperature – is regulated by an electrically actuated butterfly valve.
