Ficep RAPID HP 35 T Angle Processing Machine
The Ficep HP35T is the predecessor to the current Ficep RAPID series for processing angle steel.

The Ficep HP35T is a CNC-controlled system designed for machining angle profiles. These are robust angle processing centers commonly used in truss construction. The angle steel is placed on a transport frame for material feed. A measuring carriage with a gripper automatically conveys the angle profile to the individual processing stations of the system according to the machining data entered into the CNC controller. Once the machining process is complete, the finished drilled, marked, and sawn part is taken over by the output roller conveyor and storage system.

Transport System
Reinforced roller conveyor for profiles up to 12 meters in length. A driven measuring carriage is located on the infeed table and transports the material with a maximum feed speed of up to 45 m/min. A rotating support system with cross transfer racks in the infeed area ensures loading of pre-staged profiles into the waiting position.
In the outfeed area, a powered roller conveyor transports the finished profiles/angles up to a length of 12 meters. For unloading, a cross transfer area with 5 supports is used.

Drilling Units with Tool Changer
To process large angle profiles up to 350 mm with a wall thickness of 40 mm, this machine features two powerful drilling units (one unit per flange) with a drill spindle drive of 19 kW and a stepless adjustable spindle speed of 180 - 3,500 revolutions per minute. These drilling performances are ideal for using modern carbide drilling tools. The drill tools are clamped in HSK-A80 holders, and a tool changer with 3 tool positions ensures rapid tool changes at each drilling unit.

MKT38N Marking Unit
A marking unit with 38 marking tools allows the marking of one flange of the angle profile. Characters measuring 16x8 mm are hydraulically embossed, enabling later identification of parts after galvanizing.

Precision Circular Saw
The powerful circular saw is designed for 90° cuts. A vertical clamping system ensures the material is held firmly during the rapid sawing process. Material dimensions range from 60 x 60 x 6 mm to 350 x 350 x 40 mm. The 18 kW saw drive with a 560 mm circular saw blade delivers very high cutting performance. The saw speed is 80 - 180 m/min.
