FICEP DZ 603 Drilling Line for Structural Profiles

The Ficep DZ 603 is a drilling line featuring three drilling axes for the processing of structural profiles. This 3-axis drilling line is designed for beam processing in steel construction. Steel profiles can automatically be drilled and center-punched along three axes (flange and web). The Mitrol CNC control with Arianna software enables the programming of the drilling line. CAD data in DSTV or DXF format is converted into NC data by the CNC control, and the machine initiates the program, positioning the axes as specified. A gripper-type measuring carriage positions the profile at the correct drilling position within the drilling unit. A 5-position automatic tool changer provides rapid drill bit changes on each drilling axis. An infeed and outfeed roller conveyor ensures stable transport of the steel profiles.
