Machine Frame
Made from thick-walled welded steel sheets reinforced with steel profiles for high stability and durability. The frame houses coolant and oil reservoirs. The outfeed table next to the work vice measures 800 x 500 mm.
Arm Guidance
Vertical columns made from optimally selected steel profiles. Arm guidance uses high-precision preloaded linear guides. Arm movement is controlled by two mechanically synchronized ball screws with reducers and a servo motor. The machine features a hydraulic arm relief mechanism to reduce load on the ball screw nuts, extending their lifespan. Ball screw-driven arm feed ensures precise feed rate control, particularly at minimal cutting speeds; the feed rate is set from the operator panel. A measurement system displays the arm descent speed on the panel and integrates with bend control. Band tracking control (bend control) is linked to the arm feed system: if band deviation is detected, feed speed is corrected automatically and returns to nominal when alignment is restored. If deviation exceeds the set limit (cutting at an angle), the machine halts cutting and signals the issue optically (signal lamp).
