Category: VI - Hydraulic presses for gluing wooden components

The HSKG device is designed for gluing wooden elements cut to thickness under high pressure applied by hydraulic cylinders. The achievable pressing force per cylinder is 5-11kN (horizontal) and 25-55kN (vertical). The gluing process is performed in a stack with the loading field dimensions. Stack formation is carried out by hydraulic pressing between movable vertical beams and vertical slats of the cross cylinders. Both stack forming elements are fitted with wooden or metal inserts matching the profile of the stack of slats.
