INFORMATION ON SALES AND CONTRACT TERMS:

MACHINE CONDITION:
This ESTERER frame saw, Type LSH 65, was in perfect working order and operational until three years ago. A stationary control panel in front of the saw as well as a mobile control panel on the carriage are included in the scope of supply. A hydraulic clamping device for tensioning the saw blades in both horizontal and vertical directions is installed on the frame. The electric motor drive with gearbox is included in the offer.

HANDOVER AND PRICE:

The handover takes place after full payment of the purchase price. The price is ex-foundation and is to be paid directly to the seller on site after conclusion of the contract and before dismantling begins.

WARRANTY:
The seller provides no warranty, neither before nor after handover of the respective machine – sold as seen. The buyer has no right of withdrawal.

DISMANTLING:
Complete dismantling, including lifting gear, auxiliary equipment and transport, is the responsibility of the buyer. Handover of the machine takes place on site. Any damage to the building caused by dismantling must be remedied by the buyer or will be invoiced separately.

The transaction is mutually confirmed by a purchase contract.
