organizes a public auction with ascending bids for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini St., Cluj County. If not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.
For inspection of the assets, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the established date.
In the event of a successful bid, the judicial liquidator will issue the tax invoice for the value of the adjudicated assets. Conversion to RON will be calculated at the exchange rate published by the Romanian National Bank on the date the invoice is issued.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.
The tender documentation required for participation in the auction will be prepared by the judicial liquidator according to industry best practices, will include the auction participation rules, and can be purchased from the insolvency practitioner for a price of 500 lei + VAT. It may be acquired directly from the judicial liquidator’s office or by phone, in which case it will be sent to the participant by e-mail.
A participation guarantee amounting to 10% of the starting price is required. This, together with the auction registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the office of the judicial liquidator. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price for those declared successful bidders and will be refunded to those not declared winners.
In the event of equal offers, the successful bidder will be the person who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest possible time.
The price must be paid within 5 working days from the date of awarding. Should the remaining balance not be paid, the successful bidder will forfeit their advance payment (guarantee) and will be excluded from participating in subsequent auctions.
