The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT ID: RO27987796, registration no.: 2A0522, represented by insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, acting as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Register by the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed by Civil Ruling No. 1278 of 03.07.2025 issued by the Specialized Tribunal of Cluj in file no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction with ascending price call for selling the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00 at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj county. If not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, and 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For the viewing of the assets, the judicial liquidator will arrange a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 to express their intention to participate prior to the set date.

During the organization of the public auction sessions, the judicial liquidator will organize additional viewing days, which will be communicated to the interested parties.

Upon sale, the judicial liquidator will issue an invoice for the adjudicated assets. The price conversion into RON will be made on the invoice issuance date using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania for that date.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The specifications/call for bids documentation for participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator according to industry standards, will include the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT. This may be purchased from the liquidator’s office, or by phone and will then be sent to the participant by email.

The bidding participation guarantee amounts to 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the participant is declared winner and will be refunded to those not declared winners.

In the case of equal high bids, preference will be given to the party undertaking to pay the full price in the shortest time.

The payment term is 5 working days from the award. Should the remaining price not be paid, the winner will lose the advance paid as a guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in subsequent auctions.
