We are manufacturers of glass cutting tables with various configurations. GLASS CUTTING TABLE EQUIPMENT:

- Manually extendable support arms for vertical loading (covered with replaceable ash wood pads),
- 4 heavy-duty swivel castors, Ø80 mm, made of polyamide, for relocating the table,
- 4 height-adjustable feet enable the table to be precisely levelled at the workstation,
- Tabletop surface: high-resistance black felt,
- Tabletop edged with milled ash wood strips,
- 2 steel plates bolted underneath, facilitating unloading with a forklift,
- The lower beam of the frame is filled with vibrated concrete, including steel reinforcement and dispersed polypropylene fibre reinforcement, to ensure stability and rigidity of the structure,
- Table inclination (vertical, horizontal adjustment of the tabletop) via pneumatic cylinder including hydraulic speed control,
- Pneumatically controlled breaking bars (longitudinal and cross breakers), actuated by foot pedals mounted on a pull-out and automatically retracting pedal panel,
- Air cushion system with built-in high-pressure fan allows easy handling of heavy glass panes on the tabletop (the fan is activated via a foot pedal on the pedal panel and two additional switches on the tabletop perimeter, blowing air beneath the glass and significantly reducing friction),
- The projection height of the breaking bars above the tabletop can be adjusted.
