We are a manufacturer of glass cutting tables with various configurations. GLASS CUTTING TABLE EQUIPMENT:

- Manually extendable support arms for vertical loading (covered with replaceable ash wood blocks)

- 4 heavy-duty Ø80 mm swivel castors made of polyamide for relocating the table

- 4 height-adjustable feet for precise horizontal alignment of the table at the workstation

- Table top surface: high-durability black felt

- Table edge bordered with milled ash wood strips

- 2 steel plates bolted to the underside of the table to facilitate unloading using a forklift

- The lower beam of the frame is filled with vibrated concrete, including steel reinforcement and dispersed polypropylene fiber reinforcement, to ensure the stability and rigidity of the structure

- Tilting movement (vertical/horizontal alignment of the tabletop) using a pneumatic cylinder with a hydraulic speed regulator

- Pneumatically controlled breaking bars (for longitudinal and transverse breaks) operated with a foot pedal mounted on an extendable and automatically retracting foot console

- Air cushion system with built-in high-pressure blower allows easy handling of heavy glass sheets on the tabletop (the blower is activated via a foot pedal on the foot console and two additional switches integrated into the table rim, this system injects air under the glass sheet, significantly reducing friction)

- The extension height of the breaking bars above the tabletop is adjustable
