GLASS CUTTING TABLE EQUIPMENT:

- Manually extendable support arms for vertical loading (covered with replaceable cubes made of ash wood)
- 4 ultra-heavy-duty swivel casters, Ø80 mm, made of polyamide, for moving the table
- 4 height-adjustable feet to allow horizontal leveling of the table at the workplace
- Table surface: highly durable black felt
- Table edge bordered with milled strips covered with ash wood
- 2 steel plates bolted from below to facilitate unloading with a forklift
- Lower frame beam filled with vibrated concrete, including steel reinforcement and dispersed polypropylene fiber reinforcement, to ensure stability and rigidity of the construction
- Tilting motion (vertical and horizontal alignment of the tabletop) using a pneumatic cylinder with hydraulic speed control device
- Pneumatically controlled breaking bars (longitudinal and cross breakers) operated by foot pedals, which are mounted on an extendable and automatically retractable foot panel
- Air cushion with built-in high-pressure blower enables easy handling of heavy glass sheets on the table surface; the blower is actuated via a foot pedal on the foot panel and two additional switches on the table frame, blowing air underneath the glass sheets and thus significantly reducing friction
- Breaking bar projection height above the table surface is adjustable
