EVT GIGANT Vapour Degreasing System – For Large, Heavy and Voluminous Components

The system on offer is ideally suited for the reliable removal of oils and oily residues from metal parts using the vapour degreasing process. Thanks to the generously sized work basket, high throughput rates are achievable.

As this model does not require flooding of the work chamber, the required solvent fill volume remains comparatively low despite the large chamber size – an economic advantage resulting in reduced operating costs.

The freely programmable PLC control system allows precise adaptation to a wide range of cleaning and degreasing processes as well as individual production requirements. Maximum system availability is ensured by the Siemens co-developed online remote maintenance and efficient online support.

The pre-owned system is in excellent technical condition and can be viewed and tested by arrangement at our technical centre in D-75447 Sternenfels.
