Everest SprayClean machines are engineered for the efficient cleaning of industrial components using hot high-pressure water and biodegradable detergents. SprayClean models feature full thermal insulation of the liquid tanks, steam extraction, pneumatic front doors, and a motorized basket system as standard. These models can also be configured to include rinsing and drying processes to meet customer requirements. Multi-stage systems are PLC-controlled. Optional accessories include oil skimmers, oil separator units, filtration units, dosing pumps, loading trolleys, and cabin insulation, among others. Rotary washing system as a front-loader; cleaning is performed by high-pressure spraying with hot water. Machines are available in various sizes with basket diameters from 900 to 1800 mm, load capacities from 300 to 800 kg, and loading heights from 500 to 900 mm. Depending on the model: washing, washing & rinsing, or washing, rinsing & drying processes are possible in a single unit. Special requests can be accommodated.
