The machine is easy to operate, highly efficient, and not only threshes leaves but also separates them partially from the stems and classifies them. It delivers excellent processing results (mint, lemon balm, sage, thyme, oregano, rosemary). The machine can be operated in two different modes: as a threshing and crushing machine or as a vibration separator. This is a major advantage, as two processing steps can be covered with one machine.

1. Threshing and Crushing Operation
To operate the REBLER LGU 304, you require a conveyor belt. The material is conveyed by the VARIO 608 belt into the threshing and crushing section, where the leaves are separated from the stems and the material is sorted into five different fractions.

2. Vibration Separator
Use of the machine for separation
The machine functions as a vibration separator by simply changing the angle of the conveyor belt and feeding the material into the first opening of the machine. The machine is equipped with four sieves and enables the classification of processed material. Sieve replacement is simple and quick.
