Operating principle:
Product feeding is carried out by the operator, who ensures even distribution across the conveyor belt. Blanching is performed by spraying with hot water in combination with the required belt speed. To maintain and improve water quality, the recirculation water is continuously filtered through a stainless steel screen.

· Housing in stainless steel, material 1.4435 or AISI 316L
· Three cleaning doors
The design ensures very easy maintenance of production hygiene and high ergonomics for the operator (closed profiles, easy cleaning of the entire structure, etc.). All weld seams are TIG welded under forming gas, pickled, and passivated.
