ESTA WELDEX FT-150

The WELDEX FT series of filtration towers has been specifically designed for the efficient removal of welding fumes in manufacturing facilities. These units are primarily intended for extracting contaminated air during the welding of large or complex metal components where source capture is impractical. Fine particulates are separated by class M filter cartridges, while the filters are automatically cleaned during operation using pulsed compressed air (pulse-jet cleaning).

The WELDEX FT filtration tower is positioned centrally within the work area. Fume-laden ambient air is drawn into the upper section of the unit from the entire surroundings, filtered, and then draught-free, cleaned air is recirculated back into the hall via two side outlets. The three-part dust collection drawer gathers separated contaminants from the pre-separator and filter chambers.
