The patented folding and stapling system ensures precise positioning of the staples • Processing capacity: up to 25 sheets at 80 g/m² • Paper formats: Minimum: 105 × 210 mm / Maximum: 325 × 450 mm • Standard processing with flat or loop staples possible • Up to four stapling heads can be mounted, the machine is supplied with 2 stapling heads. • Equipped with both lateral and vertical jogger functions • Conveyor belt with roller guide ensures consistent and trouble-free paper transport • Movable clinchers ensure clean, flat staples • The booklet is pressed before front trimming to achieve a clear and sharp fold • The front trim is performed exactly parallel to the booklet fold line • Includes adjustable shingle delivery for perfect stacking of the finished product.
