The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It provides a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, offering maximum flexibility with bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features that ensure easy and safe operation. The robust machine concept, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a variety of upgrade and configuration options to tailor it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control enables convenient operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine is operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. The bending process is initiated using a foot switch. Additional safety is ensured by a protective laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
