The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide selection of pressing forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, enabling great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions for simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, ensures long-lasting and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine offers a variety of extension and equipment options to individually tailor it to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control system offers convenient operation via touchscreen and includes a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm. Bending cycles are initiated using a foot switch. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The CNC control system automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning setting, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
