ROTATHERM – Chamber Washing Systems are used across all sectors of industry and trade for cost-effective cleaning of a wide variety of items and materials.

The parts are cleaned in a manner similar to a dishwasher. Placed in a wire mesh basket, they are washed from all sides with a hot detergent shower inside the closed machine. The unit is activated after preselecting the cleaning temperature and washing cycle duration. A centrifugal pump circulates the cleaning solution through the nozzle system, which simultaneously rotates the basket (optional motorized basket drive available).

After the cleaning cycle, the machine switches off automatically. Parts can also be removed earlier; in this case, the pump will automatically shut off when the lid is lifted.

ROTATHERM chamber washing systems are available at short notice in various sizes and configurations, and can be customized to meet specific requirements upon request. Generally, water-based cleaners are used, but solvents can also be employed in our cleaning machines. ATEX-compliant versions are available as required.
