✔️ Booth construction

The powder booth is designed for manual application of powder coating within an electrostatic field. The spray booth is made of powder-coated, galvanized steel sheets.

The interior and exterior of the booth structure are coated with electrostatic powder paint [RAL 7024 MX - RAL 7047].

All parts of the powder booth can be easily assembled with screw connections, and can be quickly disassembled if needed.

✔️Extraction system

This system prevents powder paint from exiting the booth and causing environmental contamination during coating. The extraction system is specially designed for each booth to ensure excellent extraction performance.

Thanks to the extraction system, personnel applying powder coating are not exposed to paint hazards.

✔️Filtration system

Dust particles in the air extracted by the extraction fans are retained inside the booth through fleece filters, ensuring long-lasting filtration. The filtered air is then discharged through the exhaust duct.

The filters separate the powder from the air by passing the powder/air mixture through a filter layer that retains dust while allowing air to pass through the exterior of the filter.

As filtration continues, dust accumulates on the outside of the filter, increasing dust retention efficiency. Filter size is 330x1000 mm, filter area 9-10 m².

The powder paint applied in the booth is collected in the powder tray at the bottom of the booth and can be manually reused.

Optionally, an automatic powder sieve can be installed instead of the powder tray. This sieve collects the powder with a vibrating motor from the booth and transfers it directly to the spray gun.

✔️Conveyor or suspension

The booth can be integrated into rod conveyor transfer systems. In models with suspension hooks, products can be guided into the booth using the suspension system. Standard models are equipped with a 360-degree rotatable and movable suspension device.
