Safety and fine dust separation are specialities of the Raptor Vac Clean Air Solutions Category 3 series. From motor head to collection container, every component plays a role in fire prevention and fine dust extraction.

Category 3 Raptor Vacs are used for picking up non-metallic dusts such as wood, composites, and plastics generated by sanding processes. The powerful suction supports two operators simultaneously in dry industrial environments. Two additional HEPA filters in the unit make it IP6X-rated and provide extra dust protection for the electrical components. IP6X - defined as fully dust-tight according to testing.
