DMS 2KR

The DMS 2KR was designed specifically for deburring components after laser or saw cutting, based on Flex Trim’s flap wheel systems.

The DMS 2KR machine is equipped with two independent units controlled by separate inverters.

The dedicated fixture in which the workpiece is placed enables very quick deburring of the ends of processed parts, such as pipes or profiles of various shapes.

The installed columns allow for fast and precise adjustment along multiple axes. Electronic speed and rotational direction controls allow for setting the optimal processing parameters. The machine is manufactured entirely in Poland by our company, drawing upon extensive experience in the grinding process.
