Complete brewing and bottling plant from a brewpub, comprising the following components: 1. Milling Section Grist mill with malt hopper and tubular chain conveyor system for malt grist. 2. Brewhouse 2-vessel brewhouse (Kaspar Schulz, year of construction 2013) in a brewblock design with copper-clad stainless steel vessels. Wort cooling is via a separately placed plate heat exchanger (API Heat Transfer, year of construction 2013) with downstream wort aeration. Additionally, there is a hot water tank (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) with insulation and heating jacket. 3. Fermentation and Storage Cellar 4 cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, built in 2013), each with a gross volume of 12 hl and a maximum pressure of 3 bar. 3 cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013), each with a gross volume of 25 hl and a maximum pressure of 3 bar. The temperature of all 7 cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks is controlled via a central control cabinet. In addition, 2 further cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, year 2013) are available, each with a gross volume of 14.7 hl and a maximum pressure of 3 bar. The temperature of these two tanks is regulated by a separate control cabinet. 4. Bright Beer/Service Cellar 5 upright bright beer tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) with dished ends, each with a gross volume of 10.5 hl and a maximum pressure of 3 bar. 5. Bottling Siphon/glass bottle filler (JS Maschinen) with 6 filling heads. Keg washer for internal and external washing (Scheuer) with spray nozzles in a stainless steel housing and a caustic tank in the base. Keg filling station with dispensing taps for direct filling of kegs from the pressure tanks. 6. Utilities/Refrigeration system (Hafner-Muschler, 2013) as an ice water storage system with refrigerant R404a and 3 compressors. Oil-free piston-type air compressor (Kaeser, 2013) with a maximum working pressure of 10 bar, as well as compressed air dryer (Kaeser, 2013) with refrigerant R134a. Air separator (AST) as nitrogen generator with adjacent nitrogen storage tank.
