Robust steel construction – designed for continuous operation

The basic structure consists of a sturdy structural steel frame, manufactured from laser-cut, folded, and welded components.
The surface features a high-quality powder coating in RAL0208.

Modular design:
Our conveyor belt frames are available as transportable segments.
This makes the system:

• Easy to transport and assemble
• Extendable or shortened at any time
• Ideally suited for future modifications or plant adaptations

Conveyor technology & carrier rollers

The carrier roller assembly in the lower frame is designed for smooth and reliable operation:

• Axle diameter: 60/15 mm
• Roller station spacing: approx. 500 mm (can be customized)
• Infeed area with optional closer roller spacing for increased load capacity

Drive & rollers

The drive roller and return roller are made from S235 steel, welded and precisely machined:

• Diameter 220 × 700 mm, crowned finish
• Shaft fixed with plummer block bearings
• Bearing points with robust UCF flange bearings incl. grease nipples

Drive unit:

• Hydromec worm geared motor 1.1 kW
• Belt speed: approx. 1.15 m/s
• Connection: 400V / 50 Hz, protection class IP54
• Drive ready for connection up to motor terminal box
• (Commissioning must be performed by a qualified electrician)
• Motor mounted on right side in conveying direction, pull installation

A durable, industrial grade belt is used:

• DM EP250/2, 3+1.5 cover
• Chevron profile 17 mm high, 650 mm wide
• Splice area without profile
• Endless hot vulcanized
