WE HAVE DEVELOPED A NEW, IMPROVED VERSION.

The mesh prevents larger items (such as cardboard, bags) from falling into the chute and eliminates the need for a shaker, although one can be installed if desired.

User-friendly and portable. Prevents the formation of 'hedgehogs' (fiber clumps) in the concrete.

Suitable for use in concrete plants and construction sites where reinforcement, fibers, and plasticizers are fed directly into the concrete mixer. Easy to transport.

The unit consists of: a wheeled blower, a 5.5 kW/400 V motor, a mesh support for reinforcement, a transport pipe with 14 cm diameter (two-piece, for easier transport), two 90-degree elbows, and an end piece made of two rods supporting the pipe.

This dispenser is composed of many robust sections that are easy to disassemble yet guarantee high durability. Should damage or wear occur, any component can be replaced quickly and affordably. Despite this, the construction is very rigid. Wherever feasible, we designed connections using identical flanges. In practice, there are only two flange types – one (round) for pipes, the other (rectangular) for connecting separate machine parts.

NOW WE MANUFACTURE PIPES AND ELBOWS FROM 3.8 MM THICK STEEL.

Pipes and elbows can be rotated in different directions via a multi-hole flange.

Additional wheels (available separately) enable moving the unit without detaching hoses, making it easier to handle onsite.

Two wheel options – adjustable height or fixed height.

We have also widened the wheelbase for increased stability.

Permanent installation in a production hall is also possible.

High fan efficiency (5.5 kW/400V) allows universal use and conveying over long distances.

Loading a concrete mixer takes approximately 3 minutes with two operators.

It is possible to install an external vibrator at the hopper inlet, but in practice this is not required.
