We have been manufacturing pneumatic conveyors for over 20 years for handling bulk materials such as seeds, grains, peas, corn, and for conveying wood pellets, sawdust, plastic granules, sand, abrasive powders like corundum, as well as steel fiber for concrete mixers or in batching plants.

The system can also be used for aerating various materials, including hay, grains, herbs, and others.

It is ideal for supplying fresh air to production halls, poultry houses, and barns, as well as for extracting smoke, dust, and hazardous welding gases. Compatible with flexible piping.

High-performance blower with a 5.5 kW/400V motor, robust sectional structure made from quality steel, pipes and elbows made from 3.6 mm thick steel allow for the transport of even the most challenging materials while maintaining long-term durability. We can also supply lightweight and heavy-duty flexible pipes for transporting the above-mentioned materials. Effortlessly transports materials even over long distances (distance depends on the material type). The high capacity of the blower also allows for horizontal and vertical conveying. We have acquired extensive experience in manufacturing these units.

Upon request, we can manufacture part or all of the system in stainless steel (including pipes) or galvanized finish.

We utilize the Kaizen method in our production.
Kaizen, meaning “change for the better” (in Japanese, "kai" means change and "zen" means better), is a philosophy and management method with a focus on continuous improvement of company processes and operations.

The basic version includes only the blower with a flanged outlet for connecting various pipework. We manufacture steel pipes and elbows using 3.6 mm thick steel.

Impeller speed: 2800 RPM. (OPTION: Significant electronic speed reduction with controllers available in stock). Using frequency inverters for three-phase motors offers many benefits, including energy savings, precise torque control, and improved overall system efficiency. Additionally, these regulators reduce energy losses, positively impacting production performance. The blower is highly efficient.

The machine is built from easily replaceable segments (bolted with M8 screws) which we always keep in stock. This offers great versatility in applications.

Individual modules can also be sold separately (for example, the blower only). We can customize the design to meet specific customer requirements.

The blower is easy to transport (it can be moved by a single person), and can be transported even with a small car, van, or trailer. It is also easy to install and simple to operate. We also produce optional additional wheels to facilitate movement (two types available).
