We have been manufacturing pneumatic conveyors for over 20 years, designed for transporting bulk materials such as seeds, grain, peas, corn, and for conveying wood pellets, sawdust, plastic granulate, sand, abrasive powders (even corundum), and loose steel fibre reinforcement to concrete mixers or batching plants, etc.

The conveyor can also be used for aerating various materials, including hay, cereals, herbs, and others. It is perfect for blowing fresh air into production halls, poultry houses, and barns. Additionally, it can be used for extracting smoke, dust, and harmful welding gases. Compatible with flexible hoses.

The high-performance blower is equipped with a 5.5 kW/400V motor and features a robust segmental construction made from quality steel. Pipes and elbows are constructed from 3.6 mm thick steel, enabling the transportation of even the most demanding materials while ensuring long durability. We can also deliver flexible hoses (both light and heavy-duty) for transporting the aforementioned materials. It transports materials over long distances without difficulty (distance depends on material type). The high efficiency of the blower allows transport both horizontally and vertically. Our company has extensive production experience.

Upon request, we can manufacture certain components or the entire unit in stainless steel (including pipes), or in galvanized finish.

The basic version includes only the blower with a flanged outlet for connecting various pipes. We manufacture steel pipes and elbows using 3.6 mm thick steel.

Individual modules are sold separately (e.g., blower only). We can tailor the design to customer requirements.

The blower is easy to transport (can be moved by one person), and can be carried even with a small car, van, or trailer. Installation and operation are straightforward. We also manufacture additional wheels to facilitate movement (two types).
