DEBAG Monsun S5 - 800

Debag Monsun S5/800 rack oven for 1 rack trolley (60/80 cm), equipped with Monsun Pro 100 control system, year of manufacture 10/2014, offered in operational "bakery condition." The ovens were used daily until the end of March 2026. These ovens utilize the patented Debag Monsun principle (no rotation of the rack trolley) to ensure outstanding baking atmosphere and first-class baking results. They feature minimal space requirements, high loading density, and intense steam injection.

A total of 3 identical ovens are available, along with approximately 30 rack trolleys (each with 18 trays), all compatible with the ovens. A package sale is preferred, with an attractive package price available.

The ovens can be loaded in one piece, without dismantling! A roller door with approx. 280 cm width and 250 cm height is available. Disassembly and loading are to be arranged by the buyer.
