The operating principle of the silo system is based on vacuum and works flawlessly (no conveyor screws). Currently, the flour is conveyed over a distance of 30 meters and through two 90-degree bends. The fill quantity is controlled by the actual weight in the weighing hopper.

The flour silo essentially consists of the following components:

+ Control unit (by Siemens/Daxner)
- with 5-component weighing
- recipe storage
+ Water supply with temperature control

+ 3 aluminum silos (by ATS)

The silo tanks are easy to clean (no corners)
The silo tanks can be dismantled into individual parts, which makes disassembly absolutely trouble-free.

+ Weighing/fill hopper (discharge)
+ Flour sifting system integrated into the weighing hopper
+ Water tank is located on the weighing hopper

The silo can be dismantled from calendar week 11 onwards.
The silo is fully functional and can be inspected in operation anytime.
