Semi-automatic butter extruder, forming, and cutting machine mounted on a complete stainless steel frame with control panel. Features two stainless steel screw conveyors and a stainless steel hopper. Cutting wires at the discharge conveyor make the machine user-friendly.

Extruding, forming, and cutting machine includes an emergency stop button.

Control panel: Butter work switch, butter extrusion switch, start/stop.
Safety: The machine features a stainless steel safety cover that stops the machine when opened.
Cutting: Cutting wires are lowered manually and stop the machine.
Discharge: The output conveyor is fitted with stainless steel rollers, assisting product release and preventing sticking or deformation.
Electrical requirements: This machine can operate with single-phase 220 V/50 Hz, three-phase 400 V/50 Hz, or US 60 Hz electric supply. Please specify when ordering.
