Custom batch pasteurizers available on request. We offer new batch pasteurizers for the food and beverage industry. Our BPT series is suitable for the pasteurization of milk, ice cream mix, ice cream fermentation, sauce production, brewing industry, and more.
APPLICATIONS:
* Milk processing: Widely used in the dairy industry for pasteurizing milk and milk products.
* Cheese making: Used before cheese production to ensure safety.
* Ice cream production: Pasteurizes the base mix before further processing into ice cream.
ADVANTAGES OF BATCH PASTEURIZATION:
* Cost-effective: Often cheaper than continuous pasteurizers for small to medium-sized operations.
* Flexibility: Suitable for small batches or different products and recipes.
* Quality control: Allows better control of the pasteurization process.

Control panel: Stainless steel control box, controls, thermometer-controller, agitator ON/OFF, chart recorder.

Milk pasteurization: 68-75 °C
Maximum temperature: 95 °C
Cooling options: Connection to ice storage and chilled water circulation through the vessel jacket; plate cooler connection at the outlet.
Heating time: Between 30 min and 1 h for BPT100 to BPT500 series with heating elements; BPT600–BPT2000, heated with hot water or steam.
Warming-up time: Between 30 min and 1 hour for BPT100 to BPT500 series with heating elements; BPT600–BPT2000: heating with HOT water or steam.
Cooling time: 30 to 45 minutes, depending on cooling temperature; plate cooler standard at 30 minutes.
Structure: Stainless steel 316L and 304, triple jacket with insulation.
Agitation: Slow stirring with double supports on two different levels; high-shear mixing for ice cream.
Cooling time: 30 min to 45 min, depending on cooling temperature; plate cooler standard at 30 min.
Cleaning: Spray ball inside for even cleaning by circulating hot water and food-grade chemicals.
Automation: We offer full automation of our batch pasteurizers, covering the entire cycle from heating to cooling. Additional costs apply for automation.
Access: Two fold-up covers for easy cleaning and inspection.
Product outlet: DIN40-DIN50 on a half-cone to ensure complete product discharge.
