General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-acting operating principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and cupping operations. Thanks to the 8-guided H-frame body structure, maximum rigidity is maintained during pressing; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are consistently preserved throughout the long stroke.

The CHSP 500/175 model, featuring a 500-ton main ram and a 175-ton cushion (blank holder) capacity, is designed to provide absolute control over the die and workpiece during high-tonnage deep drawing and cupping operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration to ensure long-lasting and reliable performance.
