General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-acting (ram + cushion) system architecture for heavy-duty metal forming, deep drawing, and stamping applications. Thanks to its 8-guided H-frame structure, high rigidity is maintained throughout the pressing process, and parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably preserved even with large table dimensions.

The CHSP 1000/350 model, featuring a 1000-ton main ram and a 350-ton die cushion capacity, is specifically designed for deep drawing operations requiring controlled material flow, especially in the automotive, white goods, defense, and heavy industries. The steel construction frame is stress-relieved by vibration, providing long-lasting and reliable operation.
