General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 60/20 ton four-column hydraulic deep drawing press is a robust and compact press solution designed for precise metal forming, deep drawing, and flow forming applications. Its four-column construction ensures consistent parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances throughout the pressing process.

The frame, manufactured from St52 grade steel, undergoes stress-relief via vibration. Slide and pot systems can be controlled independently, and stroke and pressure settings can be precisely adjusted via a touchscreen panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, an IE3 class motor, and an automatic lubrication system, the press offers durable, safe, and efficient operation. Its PLC-controlled structure minimizes operator errors.

This model is an ideal solution for small and medium-scale flow forming, deep drawing, die testing, and auxiliary pressing applications.
