General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 40/15 ton four-column hydraulic spinning press is a compact and robust press solution specifically designed for precision metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Thanks to its four-column body construction, parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are consistently maintained throughout the pressing process.

The press frame, manufactured from St52 grade steel, undergoes stress relief through vibration techniques. The ram and pot systems can be controlled independently, with precise stroke and pressure adjustments via a touchscreen panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, an IE3 efficiency class motor, and an automatic lubrication system, the machine ensures long-lasting, safe, and efficient operation. Its user-friendly PLC-controlled structure minimizes operator errors.

This model is an ideal solution for small and medium-scale spinning, deep drawing, die testing, and precision pressing applications.
