Construction and Technology

The mast comprises three segments (upper, middle, and lower), which operate together in a telescopic system. An additional mechanical safeguard in the form of a mast lock prevents unintentional load descent in the event of lifting mechanism failure. The entire unit is operated via a winch with an integrated self-locking brake, significantly increasing operator safety.

Precise Load Handling

Thanks to the precisely operating winch system and sturdy 600 mm forks, the lift enables smooth and controlled raising of boxes, pallets, and irregular mounting elements. The device remains stable even with the mast fully extended, while the widely-spaced stabilizers (up to 1850 mm) minimize the risk of tipping, even with uneven load distribution.
