Semi-automatic Band Saw CORMAK S-440R. The saw arm is made from a single cast iron piece, and in combination with a 34 mm cutting blade, it is fully capable of cutting both profiles and solid materials. The band saw is equipped with a vice as well as hydraulic lowering and raising of the arm.

Machine Features

In semi-automatic band saws, once the switch is turned on, the entire cutting cycle—securing the workpiece in the hydraulic vise, activating the blade feed, lowering the cutting arm (with adjustable speed), stopping the machine after the cut, raising the arm to a preset height (adjustable), and releasing the hydraulic vise—occurs automatically. The saw arm, manufactured from a single cast iron piece, and the use of a 34 mm wide blade in this model, ensure it can efficiently cut both profiles and solid materials.
