The electric tapping machine is a versatile device for thread cutting, suitable for use in both large factories and small workshops. Its main advantage is the reduction in time required for tapping operations, making the entire process more efficient.

The tapping machine features a simple and compact design equipped with a movable head, increasing its versatility. The drive system is based on a powerful servo motor, ensuring strong and reliable operation. For ease of use, the arm is fitted with a touchscreen control panel with an intuitive menu in Polish. This panel allows for easy programming of tapping parameters such as spindle speed, tapping direction, and thread depth.

The machine is supplied as standard with a micro-spraying lubrication system that efficiently cools the tool while minimizing lubricant consumption. Furthermore, it is equipped with a blower to remove chips and ensure good visibility of the hole being tapped. The tapping arm features a quick-release chuck for easy and rapid installation of taps in both through and blind holes. The head can be positioned both vertically and horizontally within a 90° range, as well as to the right or left by 180°. Compared to traditional manual tapping, this machine offers greater precision and reliability, while consistently maintaining a perpendicular (90°) angle.

The machine's collets are fitted with adjustable overload clutches. The set includes holders for DIN taps in sizes from M6 to M36, allowing for a wide range of thread sizes. These are preset to standard torque values for each tap dimension, but adjustments can be made using a dedicated wrench included with the kit.

Additionally, the machine features a manual mode, enabling the operator to control the tapping process manually. There's also an option to program a cyclic change in tapping direction, which helps break chips and maintain process efficiency. Thanks to these functionalities, the tapping machine provides even greater flexibility and precision during tapping operations.
