RGE36PWx1200 Tapping Machine Specification

The electric tapping machine is a versatile device for thread cutting, suitable for both large factories and small workshops. Its main advantage is reducing the time required for tapping operations, making the entire process more efficient.

The tapping machine features a simple and compact design equipped with a movable head, enhancing its versatility. The drive is based on a powerful servo motor, ensuring strong and reliable operation. For user convenience, the tapping arm is fitted with a touchscreen control panel with an intuitive menu in Polish. This panel allows for easy programming of tapping parameters such as spindle speed, threading direction, and thread cutting depth.

The standard equipment includes a micro-lubrication system that effectively cools the tool while minimizing lubricant consumption. Additionally, the machine comes with a chip blower, which removes chips to maintain good visibility of the hole being machined. The tapping arm has a quick-change chuck, enabling easy and fast mounting of taps for both through and blind holes. The tapping head can be set vertically or horizontally within a 90° range, and can also be rotated right or left by 180°. Compared to traditional manual tapping, the tapping machine offers greater precision and reliability, while maintaining a perfect right angle (90°).

The tapping collets are equipped with adjustable overload clutches. The set includes holders for DIN taps ranging from M6 to M36, providing a wide application range for different thread sizes. The torque values are pre-set for various tap sizes but can be adjusted using a special wrench included in the set.

Additionally, the machine features a manual mode, allowing the operator to control the tapping process directly. It is also possible to program a cyclic change of the tapping direction, which helps to break chips and maintain process efficiency. These features ensure maximum flexibility and accuracy in tapping operations.
