An electric tapping machine is a versatile thread-cutting tool, ideal for both large factories and small workshops. It features a simple and compact design with an adjustable head and a high-torque servomotor, ensuring powerful and reliable performance. The tapping machine allows fast and easy tap clamping, an adjustable thread-cutting angle, and adjustable collet chucks. The model comes equipped with an oil dispenser and an air blast for chip removal. The machine features a touchscreen control panel with a Polish-language menu. The tapping arm offers two threading modes: automatic and manual, as well as a tightening function. It is suitable for threading various materials.

The electric tapping machine is a versatile device for thread creation, suitable for both large-scale factories and small workshops. Its key advantage is reducing the time required for threading operations, resulting in a more efficient overall process.

The tapper boasts a straightforward and compact design with a movable head, enhancing its flexibility. Its drive is based on a powerful servomotor, guaranteeing robust and dependable performance. For ease of use, the tapping arm is equipped with a touchscreen control panel featuring an intuitive menu in Polish. This panel allows easy programming of threading parameters such as spindle speed, threading direction, and thread-cutting depth.

As standard, the tapping machine comes with a micro-spray system for effective tool cooling with minimal lubricant consumption. In addition, the machine is fitted with an air blower for chip removal, ensuring clear visibility of the drilled hole. The tapping arm includes a quick-change chuck system, enabling easy and fast tap clamping for both through and blind holes. The tapping head can be set vertically or horizontally within 90°, and rotated right or left by 180°. Compared to traditional manual tapping, the machine offers superior precision and reliability, while maintaining a perfect right angle (90°).

The tap collets are fitted with adjustable overload clutches. The tapping machine package includes holders for DIN taps ranging from M6 to M30, offering broad compatibility with various thread sizes. They are preset to standard torque values for respective tap sizes, but can be adjusted using a special key supplied with the package.

Additionally, the machine features a manual mode, allowing the user full control over the tapping process. There is also an option to program cyclical changes in the threading direction, which helps to break chips and maintain process efficiency. With these features, the tapping machine delivers greater flexibility and precision in threading operations.
