Front-opening blasting cabin is a significant convenience for large and heavy workpieces. Telescopic cylinders mounted in the door facilitate opening. The blast cabinet comes standard with an integrated dust extraction system to manage dust generated during sandblasting. It is equipped with a set of nozzles, a blasting gun, and protective window covers.

Machine Description

The dust-free operation is ensured by the use of perimeter seals, which allow for environmentally friendly operation. The blasting hose is located in the lower part of the collection container. The drain opening enables rapid change of blasting media. The blast cabinet is used for cleaning and processing a variety of surfaces, e.g., removing rust, paint, and residues from metal surfaces such as automotive parts, engines, fittings, housings, wheels, rims, etc. Suitable blasting media include quartz, silicon carbide, glass beads, plastic granules, emery, and other materials.
