The compressed air refrigeration dryer is designed to lower the temperature of compressed air and remove water and oil particles contained in the flowing air. Refrigeration air dryers are essential in applications where moist air could cause corrosion, contamination, or damage to tools, machines, or products. The refrigeration dryer has been engineered for maximum efficiency and durability. The main construction elements include:

1. Air-to-air heat exchanger

In the first stage of the process, the inlet air passes through a heat exchanger, where it is pre-cooled by the cooler air leaving the evaporator. The use of a counterflow system recovers heat, enhancing the overall energy efficiency of the system.

2. Refrigeration circuit evaporator

In the second stage, compressed air enters the evaporator, where it is further cooled down to a 3°C dew point. This results in the condensation of the contained water vapour and oil particles.

3. Condensate separator

After cooling, the gas and condensate mixture flows into an efficient separator, where the condensate is separated and automatically discharged outside the unit.

4. Fan speed control system

The variable-speed fan technology enables intelligent adjustment of cooling intensity to actual demand, which reduces energy consumption and increases component lifespan.
